Overview In this role you will lead Moveworks implementation projects to design and deploy AI-powered employee experience solutions. You'll work with cross-functional client teams to map processes, configure AI agents, and integrate with enterprise systems, driving scalable HR and IT service delivery. You solve complex workflow automation challenges with an agile approach, delivering value through practical, hands-on implementations. This position offers the chance to shape AI-enabled workplace experiences within Deloitte's HR Strategy & Technology practice.

Responsibilities- Lead Moveworks implementation projects and workstreams across discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using agile methods
- Define user journeys and stories to support design and configuration of the Moveworks AI Assistant (knowledge, flows, enterprise search)
- Configure and optimize AI agents, plugins, and integrations to automate HR, IT, and enterprise workflows
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document current-state service delivery
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, scope, and deliverables; support integrations with systems like ServiceNow and Workday
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years supporting system integrations with APIs, REST, or SOAP; troubleshooting integration issues
- 4+ years implementing enterprise platforms (Workday or ServiceNow) including configuration, testing, deployment
- Ability to travel 0-50%
