Responsibilities- Lead and manage a sales team to hit individual and team revenue targets
- Build and sustain strong relationships with university partners, athletic departments, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Develop and close new business and strategic renewals with integrated sponsorship opportunities across multiple platforms
- Set annual revenue targets, monitor progress, and manage team performance
- Create and present high-quality proposals to local, regional, and national brands
- Collaborate with property leadership on inventory strategy and pricing
- Recruit, coach, and develop sales talent for long-term growth
- Identify industry trends and propose innovative ideas to maximize impact
- Represent the property at high-visibility meetings, hospitality events, and game-day activations
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and innovation across the team
Key requirements- 10+ years of successful sales experience, including at least 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
- Ability to craft integrated marketing strategies aligned with client and university objectives
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with experience influencing executive decision-makers
- History of setting and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
