Responsibilities- Schedule candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) for technical and non-technical roles
- Champion the onsite interview process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Serve as primary contact for the Coordination team and drive project execution
- Identify and address inefficiencies in the interview process with recruiters and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinator Lead on operational excellence through data analysis and changes
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years in a fast-paced Recruiting Coordination environment
- Self-directed with high urgency and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong customer service mindset
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal partners
