Overview In this renewal-focused role, you collaborate with customers, partners, and the Renewals Manager to solve technology challenges and tailor renewal messaging to business priorities. You'll contribute to renewal strategy across mid-market accounts, draw on product knowledge to address adoption and risk, and help finalize renewal quotes. You work cross-functionally to align pricing, terms, and renewal outcomes, driving scalable renewal motions. Responsibilities- Engage customers early to understand renewal needs and align messaging with business priorities
- Prepare renewal quotes and refine pricing/terms with internal stakeholders
- Identify adoption, competitive, or technical risks and contribute to resolution planning
- Collaborate with account teams to support renewal execution and clarify roles
- Support scalable renewal motions using shared tools and processes
- Identify repetitive tasks and suggest automation or simplification to improve efficiency
- Demonstrate deep product understanding across Cisco products to support renewals
- Share renewal insights and learnings with peers to improve consistency and process adherence
- Use software tools, automation platforms, and AI-enabled systems to streamline renewal workflows
- Surface feedback from customers to suggest renewal improvements
- Take ownership of assigned renewal opportunities and adapt plans based on feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, operations, and accounts to ensure renewal success
Key requirements- 2+ years of experience managing high-volume, transactional opportunities with consultative renewal strategies
- Understanding of renewal processes, procedures, and systems
- Experience in developing value propositions across various GTM channels
- Knowledge of software subscription, licensing, and support-contracting models
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving efficiency and impact
- Experience in a sales environment with direct customer engagement and channel collaboration
- Program management experience with a track record of process improvements and scalable solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM/CPQ and renewals or recurring-revenue platforms (e.g., Gainsight)
- Understanding of SaaS and enterprise sales models, including renewal metrics and retention drivers
- Adaptability to evolving processes and willingness to propose improvements
