Overview As Oncology Account Manager, you drive territory performance by building strong relationships with physicians, APs, nurses, and decision-makers. You will analyze territory dynamics, develop account plans, and deliver branded messages while coordinating medical education initiatives. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure patient access and treatment outcomes. This role offers impact across the commercial organization as you contribute to ongoing product launches and growth in oncology care. You will operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a direct link to patient outcomes and corporate objectives.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and nurture relationships with HCPs, APs, nurses, pharmacists, and business stakeholders
- Analyze territory dynamics (OLs, influencers, treatment trends, payer/reimbursement, competition)
- Deliver strategic customer education and branded sales messages
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and tactics
- Identify patients and manage treatment pathways
- Leverage external relationships to service and grow accounts
- Maintain passion for Syndax products and contribute to brand growth
Key requirements- 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales experience, oncology preferred
- BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace and healthcare landscape
- Proven ability to manage external partnerships and navigate complex accounts
- Experience with product launches and working in matrixed teams
- Willingness to travel frequently and with valid driver's license
