Overview As Contracts Manager at CACI you will influence contractual outcomes across the full acquisition lifecycle to enable mission success. You'll partner with program leadership, capture, pricing, legal, and procurement teams to shape compliant, value-driven agreements for national security programs. You'll assess risks, negotiate terms, and guide teams through complex contracts in a fast-paced, highly secure environment. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on negotiation to protect and advance CACI's mission.

Responsibilities- Provide contractual leadership to multiple program teams in the federal procurement space
- Build and maintain relationships with Government Contracting Officers or Prime Contractors
- Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with customers
- Negotiate various agreements (contracts, bailment, NDAs, associate contractor, teaming)
- Monitor contract performance and participate in change management
- Support proposal development and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and policies
- Establish relationships with Program Managers and stakeholders in pricing, procurement, and compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigations
- Handle conflict of interest screenings and interpret contract terms
- Participate in client meetings and program reviews
- Work independently on moderately complex projects, including proposals and risk reviews
- Apply acquisition knowledge to develop shaping and negotiation strategies
- Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, and risks
- Lead negotiations and ensure compliance with policies and laws
- Influence stakeholders with factual, policy-driven acquisition best practices
- Find equitable solutions to complex, multi-party problems
- Coordinate with Export team on licenses and documentation
- Mentor junior staff
- Review pricing documentation for policy compliance
Key requirements- 7+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating US Government and commercial agreements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of US Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and agency supplements
- Experience supporting capture teams under FAR Part 15, FAR Part 35 (BAAs), OTAs, CSOs
- Preferred: experience supporting Intelligence Community technology contracts
- Adept at contract analysis and framing, drafting, and negotiation of agreements
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and deadline-driven quality
- Persuasive communication and relationship management skills
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to consent to a polygraph
