Overview As Sr. Manager, Notebook PC Account Manager, you lead strategic relationships with enterprise clients and VARs to grow the Notebook PC portfolio. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions, manage escalations, and drive retention and upsell opportunities. You will present strategic plans and reviews to executives, shaping how our offerings meet client roadmaps. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to accelerate market share and customer value.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary strategic liaison between Client and enterprise clients, driving satisfaction and long-term retention
- Own and execute go-to-market strategy to expand Notebook PC share in the enterprise segment
- Lead VAR repair program, overseeing depot performance and quality standards
- Build executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen Client position in named accounts
- Translate client objectives into tailored Client solutions aligning with priorities
- Deliver regular product and service briefings to reinforce value proposition
- Identify and resolve client escalations with cross-functional or leadership support as needed
- Own account performance reporting including sales metrics, forecast accuracy, and feedback-based planning
- Partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery for enterprise accounts
- Develop and present executive reviews and strategic account plans highlighting growth and risk mitigation
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and inform planning
- Prepare activity reports, post-mortems, and ad hoc analyses for leadership decision-making
- Manage end-to-end VAR repair operations to support sales growth and market share objectives
- Enhanced Activities: lead internal projects to improve account management processes; strengthen cross-functional collaboration; serve as escalation point; participate in on-call rotations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years in account management, repair management and customer service, preferably in technology or telecommunications
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- CRM software proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of mobile devices and enterprise solutions
