Overview In this role you drive the growth and leadership of STV's CM&I practice across central and western Pennsylvania. You'll lead resident engineers, inspectors, and field teams, while cultivating multi-agency relationships with PennDOT districts, BPT, Turnppike Commission, and city/county agencies. You'll shape safety culture, oversee document control, and guide risk-aware project performance. This is a strategic position in a thriving practice with a clear focus on transportation projects and business development.

Responsibilities- Oversee and grow the central and western PA CM&I practice
- Develop technical and cost proposals
- Lead and mentor resident engineers, construction inspectors, and on-site teams
- Promote safety culture and provide field guidance
- Participate in executive-level client meetings
- Ensure document control measures and communication protocols are in place
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance, risk, and trends
- Forecast staffing to support construction oversight
- Develop and implement long-term CM&I personnel training
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in civil, structural engineering or construction management
- Minimum 10 years of project/construction management experience on transportation projects
- Field experience on complex bridges, highway reconstruction, and rail projects
- Licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania
- Experience with business development and preparing technical and cost proposals
- Strong written and oral communication and multi-tasking abilities
- Construction management software experience (PennDOT PPCC, Kahua, CapEx, FACS, Site Manager, Buzzsaw)
- OSHA 30 or ability to obtain
