Overview

Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction programs from inception to closeout. You will drive project performance, manage client relationships and contracts, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to quality and safety standards. You'll oversee risk management, procurement, reporting, and value engineering to optimize profitability and client outcomes. This role offers impact across multiple projects and collaboration with senior leadership to shape project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple construction projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met
  • Manage commercial aspects: cost control, forecasting, contract administration, change orders, and claims resolution
  • Develop schedules, resource plans and procurement strategies; coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
  • Serve as primary client/stakeholder contact, provide updates, manage expectations and escalations
  • Identify and mitigate risks; ensure safety and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and present project reports, financial summaries and performance metrics to leadership and clients
  • Mentor and lead project teams, promoting collaboration and best practices
  • Oversee quality assurance/control to meet contractual and technical standards
  • Drive commercial opportunities and value engineering to optimize profitability and client outcomes
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Construction Management
  • 8+ years progressive PM experience in construction with commercial responsibility on medium to large-scale projects
  • Proven experience managing contracts, budgets, change control and commercial risk
  • Professional PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, health & safety standards and QC processes
  • Advanced proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore or similar) and MS Office
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management; strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel to project sites as required
