Overview In this role you help multinational financial services clients optimize international tax positions and ensure compliant, risk-aware strategies. You lead cross-border tax workstreams, coach teams, and manage complex engagements while upholding quality and timelines. You will interpret global tax laws, model transactions, and present actionable recommendations to client leaders and stakeholders. Responsibilities- Lead international tax consulting workstreams for financial services clients across cross-border structuring, compliance, and planning
- Advise on global tax positions by analyzing laws, regulatory requirements, and transaction structures
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables for client engagements
- Review tax research, modeling, provisions, disclosures, and documentation for accuracy and consistency
- Coaching team members through feedback, reviews, and development opportunities
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities within complex organizational and transaction structures
- Support tax governance, reporting, and documentation for multinational client portfolios
- Apply knowledge of CFCs, foreign tax credits, BEPS, and tax accounting in client solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to client leaders and internal stakeholders
- Uphold professional/technical standards, independence, and firm conduct expectations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience
- CPA, Bar, or other tax/finance-specific credentials may qualify
