Overview As a Go-to-Market Manager you will shape and drive growth across Consumer, Commercial, Small Business, Wealth, and Mortgage segments. You'll own the overall GTM strategy, coordinating with Product, Sales, and Channel teams to launch new offers and campaigns. You translate customer insights into compelling messaging and lead cross-functional execution to improve ROI. Responsibilities- Own and evolve the marketing strategy for all segments guided by customer insights, market trends, and business objectives
- Lead end-to-end GTM planning for new product launches, campaigns, and initiatives in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Channel teams
- Translate customer needs and behaviors into actionable messaging, positioning, and value propositions
- Act as the strategic marketing lead to align internal teams on segment-specific initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance, segment KPIs, and engagement metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to elevate small business marketing
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years in B2B or B2C marketing with leadership experience
- Proven success in developing and launching marketing strategies for small business audiences
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic insights
- Expert knowledge of websites, web design, and web technologies
- Proficiency with analytics tools and data visualization; ability to perform deep data dives
