Overview In this role you drive the wholesale and retail Genesis Parts sales strategy to grow revenue, profit, and market share across channels. You lead growth initiatives, partnerships, and data-driven planning, aligning with Genesis objectives to improve availability and retailer profitability. You will collaborate across regions, retailers, and internal teams to optimize programs and performance, shaping the parts business in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive wholesale and retail parts sales strategy to hit revenue and market share targets
- Expand partnerships with retailers, collision networks, fleet operators, and strategic channels
- Oversee third-party vendor drop-shipped programs and ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory availability
- Create sales initiatives, incentive programs, and promotions to accelerate growth
- Lead long-term planning aligned with Genesis objectives for sustainable channel growth
- Collaborate with Regions and Retailers to identify opportunities and improve market penetration and retention
- Analyze sales performance, pricing, product mix, and opportunities to drive growth
- Lead and mentor team members in parts sales operations, analytics, and program management
- Manage budgets, forecasting, accruals, and financial reconciliations
- Develop sales tools, communications, and program documentation to support growth
- Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness
Key requirements- Eight or more years of professional experience
- OEM experience in parts operations
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Retailer Parts management experience strongly preferred
- Project management experience desirable
- Budget management experience desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to analyze data and develop and manage plans and budgets
- Ability to present to executive management, Regions and Dealers
- Writing skills to prepare proposals and business correspondence
