Overview As a Deployment and Training Lead on Anduril's Air Defense team, you own end-to-end deployments and training to ensure mission-ready capabilities. You'll collaborate across functions to install, train, sustain, and continuously improve our Air Defense Family of Systems. You translate customer needs into executable training and deployments, influencing both field performance and product feedback. This role combines hands-on program management, customer engagement, and deep mission understanding to impact national security outcomes.

Responsibilities- Plan and execute deployment events (installations, tests, demonstrations, and training) across regions
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning hardware, logistics, and engineering to achieve mission success
- Deliver New Equipment Training (NET) and sustainment training programs
- Develop training curricula and instruction materials; manage ongoing training readiness and refresh cycles
- Build and sustain customer relationships; gather feedback and communicate needs to Anduril teams
- Acquire deep knowledge of customer missions and regulatory constraints; serve as subject matter expert for cUAS and air defense capabilities
- Maintain product expertise and forecast performance across threat scenarios and environments
Key requirements- Advanced degree or 5+ years in a technical defense/aerospace field
- Experience planning and delivering technical training programs (NET and sustainment)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience creating/updating training curricula and process documentation
- Proven ability to lead tech-enabled teams and influence without formal authority
- Deep interest in national security and defense tech with lifelong-learning mindset
- Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements and training materials
- Ownership mindset with self-management in potentially remote environments
- Clear communication across stakeholders and multiple channels; capable of handling multiple projects
- Eligible for active U.S. Secret security clearance; Top Secret preferred; willingness to travel up to 50%
