Overview As the marketing measurement expert for Amazon Luna, you drive data-led decisions by defining metrics, frameworks, and attribution across paid, social/creator, and brand research. You partner with BIE, Finance, and Business Strategy to close measurement gaps and translate strategy into actionable insights. You'll bridge data science, econometrics, and marketing leads with agencies, shaping how measurement informs budget and creative decisions. This role sits at the core of cross-functional marketing, delivering measurable impact in a fast-evolving gaming landscape.

Responsibilities- Define measurement requirements and metrics for each use case, separating brand lift from performance KPIs
- Translate marketing strategy into attribution requirements for BIE, Finance and business
- Serve as the marketing measurement SME for brand lift studies and brand health tracking via third-party providers
- Build and own the framework for measuring organic social and creator/influencer effectiveness, including benchmarks and total media value
- Define measurement framework for creative performance testing and establish A/B/multivariate testing design with optimization translation
- Onboard and own the creative pre-testing solution with methodology and reporting standards
- Own brand health tracking methodology, cadence, and KPIs for awareness, perception, and consideration
- Lead brand lift study design and interpretation across campaigns and feed insights into media/creative strategy
- Provide experimentation parameters and hypotheses, coordinating with BIE and Data Science on incrementality tests
- Translate complex measurement data into actionable context for leadership and cross-functional partners
- Deliver regular insights on media efficiency, creative performance, and investment optimization
- Define KPI frameworks for BIE dashboards with clear reporting requirements
- Serve as the primary marketing measurement liaison to BIE, Finance, and business
- Coordinate with external agencies on tagging standards and measurement alignment
Key requirements- 6+ years of professional marketing experience
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and visualization
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
