Responsibilities- Underwrite Builder's Risk and Inland Marine coverages, including new business and renewals
- Develop and negotiate price, coverage, terms, and conditions
- Identify account rounding opportunities across Chubb practices
- Collaborate with underwriters, operations, claims, marketing, and home office management
- Implement pricing and rate strategies to drive profitability and growth
- Manage producer relations and broker/agency management
- Support growth through new and existing production sources
- Apply knowledge of marketing principles and pricing strategies in underwriting decisions
Key requirements- 2+ years underwriting experience
- Inland Marine experience preferred, Builder's Risk focus
- Proven marketing and negotiation skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Proficiency with risk analysis, coverage concepts, pricing strategies
