Responsibilities- Direct 3 project managers and 6-10 technicians across multiple projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and resources to meet scope, schedule, and cost targets
- Develop and maintain project schedules; identify time-sensitive installation needs
- Oversee requisition of supplies and materials; manage billing and change orders
- Support project commissioning activities and close-out documentation
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to policies; advise on risk and quality
- Maintain client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement plans
Key requirements- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of project management experience in HVAC controls
- Ability to read MEP drawings and electrical/network/control diagrams
- Knowledge of Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet protocols
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- English communication skills; legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
