Overview You lead the US Marketing team for the Acute Care Platform within Urology and Critical Care, shaping growth for a major BD business. You drive commercial strategy, launch initiatives, and champion market insights to fuel profitability. You collaborate with sales and cross-functional partners to remove obstacles and accelerate performance. This role offers impact through portfolio optimization, new offerings, and a strong innovation pipeline, with a clear opportunity to influence how BD serves healthcare customers.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement bold commercial strategies to drive US region revenue and profitability
- Launch new products and reinvigorate existing solutions, including services and new channels
- Lead and develop a team of three marketers
- Partner with sales and other functions to remove obstacles and seize opportunities
- Enhance customer experience through demand/supply planning, support, and issue resolution
- Create differentiated value propositions using evidence generation and dissemination
- Support Global Marketing with market insights and customer feedback for development
- Develop and deliver annual marketing and strategic plans and supervise execution
- Manage external relationships with key opinion leaders and vendors as needed
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethics within the team
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of progressive marketing, product management, commercial, or business leadership experience in medical devices/healthcare
- Proven success driving product adoption and revenue growth through customer-facing marketing and campaigns
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Commercial)
- Experience developing customer-centric value propositions
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities using market insights and data to drive decisions
- Experience supporting operating, strategic, forecasting, and performance management plans
- Experience working with hospitals, health systems, IDNs, GPOs or similar healthcare customers
