Overview

As Senior Manager, Construction, you will lead major construction and engineering initiatives, directing schedules, budgets, and contractor coordination to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. You'll drive strategic programs that connect construction with infrastructure and technology needs, while building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration across internal and external partners. Responsibilities
  • Lead construction and engineering projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
  • Oversee contractor coordination, material procurement, and timely delivery aligned with timelines
  • Resolve design changes and contract issues to support project success
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve design formats and operational efficiency
  • Provide onsite construction management ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for multi-year initiatives impacting construction and facilities
  • Mentor and develop team members to maintain a high-performing, accountable environment
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience in construction and project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
  • Proven leadership with capability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive project completion and resolve issues
