Overview

As Principal Technical Program Manager for Procore for Government, you will accelerate releases of government features by shaping the operating model and change-management practices across engineering, product, security, and compliance. You partner with cross-functional leaders to align government commitments with the product roadmap and ensure fast, compliant delivery. You will lead end-to-end ownership of government processes and mentor other PMs to improve efficiency. Your role centers on applying FedRAMP and other compliance frameworks to bridge functionality, compliance, and government deployments, while leveraging AI-enabled workflows to move faster.

Responsibilities
  • Accelerate release of new government features and remove bottlenecks
  • Partner with program and product leaders to align government commitments with the product roadmap
  • Streamline compliance change management with engineering and product for reviews, approvals, and deployments
  • Establish operational review meetings with stakeholders across teams
  • Define end-to-end ownership of Procore for Government processes and close accountability gaps
  • Mentor other program managers on process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leverage AI and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery and quality in government environments
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of program management experience across multiple departments with distinct reporting lines
  • Working knowledge of FedRAMP and other frameworks (SOC, ISO, CMMC) to engage security, auditors, and product teams
  • Experience with change management in regulated environments balancing audit/control with velocity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication translating compliance to engineering and executives
  • Experience with dependency mapping and delivery tools like Jira or Linear
