Overview In this role you will lead industrial tiltwall construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders to meet time and budget objectives. You will guide project teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and optimize resource use to drive timely delivery. The role focuses on collaboration with clients and contractors, reporting milestones, and supporting continuous improvement for client satisfaction. Responsibilities- Develop detailed project plans with schedules, budgets, and allocations
- Supervise construction activities ensuring safety and quality
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely materials and services
- Conduct regular site inspections and address issues promptly
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and resolve conflicts
- Maintain accurate project documentation (contracts, change orders, progress reports)

Key requirements- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management (7 years preferred)
- Proven expertise in managing industrial tiltwall construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning and tracking
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems under tight deadlines
