Overview As Human Resources Manager at KI's Green Bay manufacturing site, you will lead HR strategy and day-to-day services to support a diverse workforce. You'll partner with managers on performance, recruitment, safety, and compliance to enable a high-performing plant. You'll drive programs that align with legal requirements and company policies while fostering a constructive, development oriented culture. This role offers impact across recruitment, employee development, safety initiatives, and investigations within a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities- Execute and update HR policies and handbook; ensure legal compliance
- Support managers with performance management, discipline, and team building
- Develop and oversee strategic employee programs and recognition initiatives
- Lead harassment/discrimination investigations; manage leaves and accommodations
- Coordinate recruitment for office and plant staff; manage job descriptions
- Develop safety initiatives and OSHA compliance training; manage workers' comp casework
- Forecast facility staffing needs and coordinate training
- Maintain knowledge of Affirmative Action and EEO laws
- Oversee plant compensation programs and internal equity
- Provide coaching to technicians, coordinators, and managers
- Schedule and deliver various training sessions
- Manage career development planning for the facility
- Support and implement safety, compliance, and policy updates
- Develop and maintain job descriptions that reflect essential functions and strategies
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Two years+ HR/leadership experience with progressive responsibilities
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Spanish language skills preferred
