Overview In this Senior Research Scientist role, you will advance animation research by translating neural architectures into expressive in-game motion. You will lead generative-motion research, build pro totypes and demos, and showcase results to both technical and creative stakeholders. You'll collaborate with researchers, engineers, artists, and designers to integrate novel ideas into modern game engines and gameplay. This role offers autonomy and influence within a diverse team focused on expanding creative tools and safe, engaging player experiences.

Responsibilities- Develop novel animation ideas by solving complex game animation challenges
- Pioneer applied research in Generative Motion and related use cases for expressive in-game animations
- Build demos and prototypes that showcase new animation concepts and engine integration
- Publish and present work at conferences and industry events; contribute to open-source initiatives
Key requirements- Advanced research background in CS, STEM, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Generative Models and CV techniques (video segmentation, depth estimation, optical flow)
- Prototyping ability turning ideas into functional demos
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and game engines (Unity, Godot, Unreal); familiarity with agentic frameworks
