Responsibilities- Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard in every interaction
- Build and grow a personal customer base via in-store, outreach, and digital tools
- Provide honest style and fit feedback to earn trust and loyalty
- Set and achieve personal sales goals and be accountable for results
- Keep the department ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and inventory counts
- Stay current on product knowledge and trends
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist the department as needed
- Maintain flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
- Follow up with customers using the 2-2-2 method and Nordy Club enrollment
- Use Personal Book to track customers for personalized outreach
