Overview

As Senior Project Manager you drive the end-to-end delivery of construction projects within the PDS team. You'll partner with Market Leadership to establish standards and best practices, ensuring projects stay on budget, on schedule, and aligned with client needs. You will steer design implementation, due diligence, procurement, and contractor management across multiple sites, translating complex requirements into actionable plans. This role combines technical oversight with client relations to protect reputation and maximize project value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver capital improvements at scale and help shape field-wide project excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses
  • Maintain Master Project Schedule and track performance against timelines
  • Prepare RFQs/RFPs for vendor and contractor services
  • Guide design implementation and short-to-medium term planning
  • Lead kick-off meetings with stakeholders to define responsibilities
  • Oversee due diligence, programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, procurement, and vendor selection
  • Coordinate design and construction processes for multiple sites and capital improvements
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance
  • Interface with client staff, property managers, and vendors
  • Utilize PDS technology for assigned projects
  • Flag and address project-related issues impacting reputation or risk
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Advanced project management skills with PM knowledge
  • Strong understanding of industrial facilities and building systems
  • Experience with alternate construction delivery models for industrial projects
  • Ability to support or lead business development initiatives
  • Experience in client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate data effectively
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural/engineering drawings and construction concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
