Responsibilities- Own and grow relationships with key account decision-makers across North Florida, crafting joint business plans to boost distribution and volume
- Develop and execute chain-specific strategies on pricing, promotions, and assortment to accelerate share growth
- Track performance with KPIs and data tools, hold partners accountable, and adjust plans to deliver results
- Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure best-in-class execution of national and regional priorities
- Provide market insights, trends, and opportunities to strengthen account strategies
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining high service levels with executives and field teams
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of key account sales experience in CPG or alcohol beverage, including managing corporate/HQ relationships
- Proven record of driving growth through chain-level strategy, execution, and customer influence
- 3+ years in sales management and key accounts with demonstrated success
- 2+ years of analytics and reporting knowledge
- Experience in alcohol beverage industry or CPG
- Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a complex, high-growth company and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
