Overview As Project Executive, you will lead delivery of large-scale construction programs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You will oversee multiple projects, guide senior project teams, and steward client relationships to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality. You'll shape strategic growth through collaboration with preconstruction and business development teams and drive operational excellence on landmark projects. Responsibilities- Provide executive oversight for multiple large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders
- Ensure project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and quality objectives
- Collaborate with preconstruction and business development teams during pursuit and proposal phases
- Monitor contract compliance, procurement strategies, and subcontractor performance
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
- Participate in executive planning, resource allocation, and strategic growth initiatives
- Serve as the primary escalation point for major project issues and client concerns
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience, including leadership of large, complex projects
- Demonstrated experience overseeing projects valued at $50 million or greater
- Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships that drive repeat business
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple project teams simultaneously
- Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software and project controls systems
