Overview

In this role you will lead the strategic and operational management of Siemens-owned and leased facilities within the Sacramento portfolio, partnering with site leadership and executive stakeholders. You will drive property performance, workplace strategy, and capital projects to enhance asset value and employee experience. The role blends financial acumen with project leadership to deliver cost optimization and measurable improvements in efficiency and occupant satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic and operational management of facilities within the portfolio
  • Develop property strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor portfolio performance, occupancy trends, and risks
  • Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, satisfaction, and asset value
  • Identify space optimization and occupancy cost reduction opportunities
  • Serve as primary contact for site leaders and stakeholders
  • Present updates, analyses, and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Own site financials including budgets, forecasts, and reporting
  • Oversee facilities management vendors and contracts
  • Lead capital projects, renovations, relocations, and workplace modernization
  • Support sustainability, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution and business continuity
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10+ years in corporate real estate, facilities, or asset management
  • 5+ years managing complex projects or workplace transformations
  • Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and presenting to leadership
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and multi-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
