Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost
- Act as Owner's Representative and primary liaison with city, design team, contractors, regulators, utilities, and stakeholders
- Communicate with project stakeholders and translate client goals to the team
- Develop action plans from Project Management Plan through closeout
- Coordinate with Inspector of Record, Fire Marshal, and regulatory agencies for approvals and inspections
- Organize and maintain project documentation and processes
- Ensure design management aligns with budget, scope, schedule, and client standards
- Prepare cost and revenue projections
