Overview In this role you will lead planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects, aligning schedules, budgets, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant critical infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical integrity, safety, and smooth handover to operations. Responsibilities- Lead full lifecycle of data center construction, upgrades, and retrofits from initiation to closeout
- Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resources; track progress and drive corrective actions
- Coordinate engineering, electrical, civil, mechanical, commissioning, operations, and external contractors
- Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and contract changes
- Review electrical designs for NEC compliance and data center standards
- Oversee site construction, safety, QA/QC, and inspections
- Lead risk identification and mitigation with risk register and contingency plans
- Facilitate project meetings and executive status reporting
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover with operations
- Ensure complete closeout documentation and archived as-builts and O&M manuals
Key requirements- 5+ years of project management experience in data center or critical infrastructure
- Proven experience with electrical systems in data centers and topology knowledge
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PM certifications preferred (PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience with MS Project or Primavera and AutoCAD/Revit
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel and work in fast-paced environments
