Overview In this role you lead construction execution for complex projects, driving safety, field coordination, schedule, cost, and quality to meet CRB standards and client expectations. You will work closely with superintendents, design teams, and project controls to deliver on-time, within budget, and with a strong safety culture. The position emphasizes hands-on field leadership and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project delivery and lasting client relationships. Responsibilities- Lead planning, preconstruction, field execution, turnover and closeout while aligning with objectives, contracts and CRB standards
- Coordinate site-level activities with superintendents, trade partners, suppliers, design and commissioning teams
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement status, construction docs, risk items, and reporting
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across construction activities
- Lead subcontractor and trade partner coordination, performance management, issue resolution, sequencing, and milestone alignment
- Maintain clear client-facing communication to foster trust and long-term relationships
- Collaborate with integrated design/construction teams to resolve constructability issues and support efficient delivery
- Monitor financial performance including cost forecasting, change management, schedule impacts, and risk/escalation processes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent construction project management experience
- Minimum of five years of applicable construction project management experience on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, food and beverage, or similarly complex facilities
