Overview Senior-level role providing education program management for USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB. You will coordinate academic partnerships, develop and refine lesson plans, and drive continuous improvement of joint education initiatives. The role supports USSTRATCOM personnel and mission requirements with a focus on strategic deterrence and global operations. You will work with universities on graduate admissions and bursar processes, track KPIs, and report on program effectiveness. Responsibilities- Manage and execute joint education and professional development programs
- Serve as interface with major universities on graduate admissions, enrollment, and bursar operations
- Develop, review, and refine lesson plans and educational materials; conduct analysis and improvement
- Evaluate course and program effectiveness, track KPIs, and prepare educational reports
- Coordinate with operational staff, leadership, academic partners, and mission stakeholders
- Lead program reviews, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives
Key requirements- Minimum 10 years interfacing with graduate-level academic institutions
- Working knowledge of program management, lesson plan development, educational analysis, program improvement, and assessment methodologies
- Experience supporting professional development, training coordination, or organizational education initiatives; military/government training environment experience preferred
- Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI, NC2/ESI, and SAP
