Overview

As Global Product Manager for CuOperate, you will own strategy, development, and commercialization for a next-gen connectivity platform supporting Near Package Optics (NPO) and Near Package Copper (NPC) architectures for AI infrastructure. You will drive the product roadmap, define market requirements, and shape go-to-market with hyperscalers, OEMs, silicon providers, and partners. You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver concept-to-launch initiatives, monitor market trends, and influence stakeholders. This role offers high visibility and impact in advancing Molex Copper Solutions for advanced AI systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, and business plan for CuOperate product family
  • Lead new product development from concept to commercialization
  • Define market requirements and prioritize opportunities
  • Build relationships with hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, silicon providers, optical module companies, and partners
  • Drive customer adoption, design wins, proofs-of-concept, and platform engagements
  • Shape product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies
  • Represent Molex in industry standards bodies and ecosystem activities
  • Develop business cases and support investment decisions related to product development and growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Monitor market trends, architectures, and competitive activity to guide strategy
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in Datacom, AI infrastructure, networking, optics, semiconductor, or high-speed interconnect markets
  • Experience in Product Management, New Product Development, Business Development, Product Engineering, Technical Marketing, or Sales
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
