Overview In this role you partner with business leaders to translate priorities into people strategies that support Musco's objectives and culture. You will lead workforce planning, coaching leaders, and addressing employee relations with fairness and compliance. You'll leverage HR data to guide decisions and drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on partner role at a global manufacturing-focused company with strong values and opportunities to shape people strategy.

Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into people strategies
- Lead workforce planning to align capacity with priorities and develop staffing and talent plans
- Coach leaders on communication, decision-making, accountability, and performance
- Address concerns and workplace issues objectively in line with policies and laws
- Align HR programs across functions to enhance engagement and retention
- Guide policy development, adoption, and compliant decision-making
- Support organizational change with planning, communication, and transition management
- Use HR data to evaluate outcomes and drive process improvements
Key requirements- Bachelor in Human Resources
- five or more years of HR experience
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
- broad HR knowledge and strong business acumen
- working knowledge of employment laws
- strong communication and relationship-building skills
- sound judgment and discretion
- effective collaboration and prioritization across locations and functions
- ability to use HR data for evidence-based decisions
