Overview As an HRBP, you guide TireHub's HR strategy regionally, partnering with leaders to drive employee relations, onboarding, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. You act as a trusted advisor to managers and Hubbers, leading change initiatives and promoting best-practice people strategies. You will collaborate with recruitment, operations, and learning teams to align people solutions with business goals. This role offers exposure to labor considerations, workforce analytics, and a path to elevate regional talent.

Responsibilities- Serve as regional HR presence and advisor to leaders on employee relations and HR issues
- Partner with recruiting, operations, and learning teams to support business objectives
- Lead regional HR change management initiatives and manage related communications
- Support onboarding, orientation, and leadership transitions; assist offboarding and exit interviews
- Provide compensation review support and market/internal equity analyses (non-approval authority)
- Review promotions, job changes, and workforce analysis to align with talent strategy (non-approval)
- Manage compliance activities including OSHA, driver records, DOT certifications, and drug testing
- Assist leaders with workplace concerns, performance issues, and sensitive employee matters
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruiting through workforce insights and culture alignment
- Travel within region up to 50% and maintain strong relationships with regional leaders
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 6 years as HR Business Partner, with 3-5 years in specialized HR areas (talent acquisition, benefits, employee/labor relations, talent development, HR operations)
