Overview As a Scientist in Oncology Research at Amgen, you will contribute to discovering and validating novel oncology targets and advancing small-molecule therapeutics. You join a cross-functional discovery team to perform in vitro studies, assess mechanisms of action, and generate data that guides target validation and drug discovery. You will leverage literature and databases to explore emerging hypotheses and shape target ideation. Your work supports a mission-driven culture that values collaboration, scientific rigor, and translational impact in cancer therapy.
