Overview

In this Sales Talent Community role, you will connect with opportunities across our portfolio of leading brands to drive growth in building materials. You'll engage with channel partners and end customers, manage a sales territory or accounts, and collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to deliver strong customer experiences. This position offers visibility to future openings and a path to impactful, long-term client relationships. You'll join a growth-focused, customer-first environment that values disciplined execution and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, dealers, builders, contractors, architects, designers, retailers, hospitality partners, and other channel customers
  • Manage a sales territory, strategic accounts, dealer network, distributor relationships, or project-based business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships
  • Conduct in-person customer meetings, product presentations, job site visits, training sessions, and sales calls
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Support new product launches, promotional initiatives, strategic channel programs, and customer events
  • Maintain sales forecasts, customer plans, pipeline activity, and CRM records to manage territory
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred, or high school diploma with commensurate sales experience
  • Experience in territory/ account management or related sales roles in building materials or channel-based industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and manage a sales territory
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and Microsoft Office
