Responsibilities- Contract governance and value realization through actionable plans and governance milestones
- Vendor performance, risk, and dispute management with cross-functional partners
- Financial analysis and market intelligence to challenge assumptions and model value

- Commercial optimization and contract restructuring to improve economics and reduce risk
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7+ years in technology sourcing or vendor management
- Experience negotiating with major global technology providers (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce)
- Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and licensing models
- Strong financial/analytical skills (scenario modeling, TCO, benchmarking)
- Experience in cross-functional teams within governance frameworks
