Overview In this Accounting Manager role, you will lead the close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting within a hospitality-focused organization. You will collaborate with FP&A and accounting management to deliver key financial metrics and analysis, supporting GAAP-compliant statements. You will also drive a NetSuite Financials implementation, including design, data migration, testing, and training, guiding system administration going forward. This role combines hands-on accounting with system and process improvements to enable data-driven decisions and robust financial controls.

Responsibilities- Lead the close process for timely, accurate monthly/quarterly closes
- Review balance sheet and income statement accounts owned by Senior Accountant
- Collaborate with FP&A and accounting management to deliver reporting and analytics
- Prepare technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures
- Lead NetSuite Financials implementation: design, data migration, testing, training, and ongoing administration
- Leverage ERP systems knowledge to support GAAP financial statements
- Support preparation of GAAP financial statements including data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliations
Key requirements- Experience with close processes and financial statement preparation
