Overview In this role you drive diabetes product adoption by building strong relationships with healthcare providers and cross-functional teams. You will manage territory plans to meet sales and profitability targets while advancing Abbott's Freestyle offerings and brand presence. You'll stay informed on market trends, competitors, and product positioning to deliver credible, compliant customer guidance. This is a field-based opportunity that combines strategic account planning with hands-on selling to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales quotas for ADC products
- Collaborate with Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care teams
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, CDEs and other healthcare stakeholders
- Plan for short and long-term results using goals, actions, timelines and resources
- Understand market trends and competitor strategies and adjust approaches
- Convey information clearly and tailor the sales approach to customer needs
- Develop and implement territory/account/call plans with goals and resources
- Track progress against plans and report through call reporting/tracking systems
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time; maintain samples per guidelines
- Ensure compliance with quality guidelines and corporate/divisional policies and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system
Key requirements- Bachelor or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of sales experience with a strong track record, preferably in healthcare
