If you enjoy community medicine, this autonomous position will give back to you for the rest of your career!OVERVIEWJoin 1 hematologist/oncologist + 1 APP in a brand-new, state-of-the-art cancer center, which has: chemotherapy & infusion management, bone marrow biopsies, occasional inpatient consults (no call requirement), experienced oncology nursing team plus onsite lab, imaging & infusion services.ROLE Outpatient-focused practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities 20-25 patients per day 8 AM 4 PM schedule Radiation Oncology onsitePACKAGE$500K base + significant bonus upside (Year 2 potential $750K$800K+)Profit-sharing & partnership potential$25k Sign Bonus
