Position Overview

Full-time Center Medical Director role
80% clinical / 20% administrative leadership
Outpatient primary care focused on Medicare patients
Physician-led, value-based care model

Responsibilities

Lead and support the clinical team at the center
Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care
Mentor and coach providers and care teams
Oversee care model implementation and quality metrics
Collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational goals
Promote strong patient experience and clinical outcomes

Requirements

MD or DO
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
5+ years outpatient experience preferred
