What You ll Do: - Conduct psychological screenings and assessments for inmates based on records and interviews
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and security staff
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on inmate needs
- Perform rounds in segregation and confined housing areas to assess mental health status
- Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention interventions as needed
- Offer consultation to other staff regarding inmate behavioral escalation and mental health issues
What You Need: - Current or pending licensure/board eligibility in Tennessee
- BLS certification or in process (meeting CoreCivic standards)
- Prior experience in mental health assessment and treatment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
