Colorectal Surgeon
Compensation: $380,000 $495,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus
- Clinic patients per day: 20
- Call Rotation: 1:6
- Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide diligent post-operative follow-up care to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcome tracking
- Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., DaVinci platform).
- Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic screenings, including colonoscopies and endoscopies.
- Manage complex anorectal conditions
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
- Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
- Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
