Physician - Family or Internal Medicine
Compensation: $250k$315k per year

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for a diverse patient population (Adults only for IM; all ages for FM)
- Clinic patients per day: 15-30
- Call Rotation: 1:10
- Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
- Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma).
- Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings.
- Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
- Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
- Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
