Job description

Locums Anesthesiologist - Kendallville, IndianaShared Position No CallAVAILABILITY & SCHEDULE

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Call: None
Rotation:
- Every other Monday for podiatry cases
Coverage Type: Locums
Position Structure: Shared role between LaGrange and Noble locations

LICENSING & CERTIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)

Board Certification: Required
Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
Case Logs:
- Required
- Must show experience with epidurals, spinals, and blocks

CLINICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Spinals: Required
Regional Blocks: Required
Epidurals: Required
Proficiency: Must be comfortable independently performing all above

CASE MIXLaGrange Location:

Endoscopy
Pediatrics
Urology
Trauma
Ophthalmology
General Surgery
GYN
Orthopedics

Noble Location:

Endoscopy
OB/GYN
Pediatrics
General Surgery
Orthopedics

PRACTICE SETTING

Supervision:
- MDs onsite
- Little to no supervision
Providers per Day:
- Each site: 1 MD / 1 CRNA
Operating Rooms:
- LaGrange: 2 ORs
- Noble: 3 ORs
EMR: Epic
