- Certifications Needed: Must be Fellowship Trained in Hematology & Oncology
- Patient Population/Case Load: Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 16-20; Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 0-2; Patient Demographics: 18 years and older
- Case Mix: Inpatient Responsibilities
Licensing and Privileging:
- License: An active Iowa state license or an IMLC membership is required.
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days
