The successful candidate will work alongside experience Psychiatric Mental Health Advanced Practice Practitioners, and have the support of inpatient APPs, Behavioral Health Telehub resources, social workers, and patient care navigators.Providers enjoy a balanced practice with opportunities to care for patients across the continuum of behavioral health services, including outpatient psychiatry, telepsychiatry, and inpatient psychiatric care.Overview Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for adult behavioral health patientsManage outpatient psychiatric care, including medication management and follow-up visitsConduct telemedicine visits as appropriateProvide psychiatric consultation services to the Emergency Department and inpatient unitsParticipate in inpatient psychiatric service rotation approximately one week, every three weeksComplete psychiatric admissions, evaluations, and discharges for hospitalized patientsCollaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teamsParticipate in a shared call rotation, including holiday coveragePractice Details65% Outpatient and 35% inpatient responsibilitiesOutpatient schedule is Monday through FridayInpatient coverage includes collaboration with providers serving two locationsAverage inpatient census of 8-10 patientsInpatient APP support availableNight APP coverage available for first-call support via TelehubAbility to customize patient panel based on provider interests and expertiseCompensationBase salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan.
