Urology Physician

A respected flagship hospital in Mississippi is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join its growing physician network. This is a chance to bring robotic skills to a region that needs them, with a da Vinci system already onsite and a clinic connected to the hospital by a sky bridge, so the OR is a short walk away. Physicians will enjoy the support of an established health system, strong referral relationships, and a collaborative medical staff environment.

Position:
• 4-day work week
• da Vinci robotics onsite
• Epic EMR
• Competitive base salary plus RVU production
• Clinic attached to the hospital via sky bridge for easy OR access
• Established regional referral network
• Opportunity to help grow and shape urology services
• Optional teaching opportunity: compensated rotations as a hub site for an osteopathic medical school

The Community:
• Welcoming, family-friendly town with a revitalized downtown, local restaurants, boutiques, and year-round events, recently spotlighted on a popular home renovation TV show.
• Affordable cost of living with access to beautiful historic homes and charming neighborhoods.
• Convenient access to larger metropolitan areas, regional airports, Gulf Coast beaches, and outdoor recreation.
• Ideal for physicians seeking a strong sense of community, short commutes, and an excellent quality of life.
