  • Full Time
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m
  • Employed
  • Average Patients seen: Outpatient volume: 16 - 20 patients per day; Rounding volume: 10 - 15 patients per day
  • Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation evenings and weekends
  • Sign-On Bonus

DETAILS:- Current practice consists of four physicians, two advanced practice providers, and multiple RNs and MAs- Split schedule between our Chesteron and Michigan City clinics- Travel to outreach locations
