Responsibilities- Manage and supervise assigned construction projects from inception to completion
- Oversee day-to-day field activities and ensure compliance with contract documents
- Administer budgets, contracts, materials, and equipment
- Coordinate hand-offs from estimating department and work with superintendents, vendors, and purchasing
- Perform on-site quality control, cost tracking, and contract administration
- Foster team learning and leadership with a growth mindset
- Prioritize safety, quality, schedule adherence, and customer service
Key requirements- At least five years of experience in the trade
- Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task
